HAPPA – Horse and Pony Protection Association – asked us to create a web-based facility for the general public to become supporters and sponsors of horses that HAPPA rescued and tries to rehome. To show their commitment, supporters are asked to agree to a regular Direct Debit.
Direct Debit Integration For HAPPA Horse Sponsorship

In addition to building a web application which guides the visitor through a process of becoming a supporter and a sponsor, we had to integrate the application with HAPPA’s main CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and with a Direct Debit provider called SmartDebit. This allows HAPPA to automatically receive sponsorships in their system, while SmartDebit start collecting payments on HAPPA’s behalf.
The solution provides HAPPA with value in the form of human resources freed of menial tasks, as well as being able to accept and welcome new sponsors at any time of day, any day of the week.
